Here is a collection of frequent questions that have been asked by our past customers. These should answer any common questions you may have about our service.   • What is the estimated turn-around time?

    The average turn-around time for most repairs is within one hour if you're at our Los Angeles location. All of our repairs are done at the Los Angeles location. If you are a customer of the Orange County area, we offer a drop-off location in Garden Grove with a 24 hour next day service.

    If you are in the Washington, D.C. area, most repairs are conducted within about an hour. Please check with technician for further information.

  • Will I lose the data on my old hard drive?

    For the majority of PlayStation 3 repairs, the hard drive will not need to be reformatted. We will recommend a reformat ONLY in the event of a corrupted hard drive. If your PS3 has an overheating issue beyond repair and the only option is to replace the motherboard, then your data will also be lost.

    If your unit is an Xbox 360, all data in your hard drive should be intact by just removing the hard drive.

    (Under any circumstances we will notify all of our customers if any data is at risk of being lost before continuing with the service.)

  • I have a game stuck inside of the unit, will you be able to get the game out?

    Yes we can! Very often, the gears of the drive are misaligned, which causes the drive to lock up and prevent itself from ejecting or receiving discs.

  • Can I watch while you repair my unit?

    Yes. We do all repairs in an open space, in front of the customer to ensure satisfaction and assurance. We use only original parts and thoroughly service each and every unit with careful attention to detail.

  • How long is the warranty?

    All repairs and services come with a 30- to 90-day warranty pending packages selected by customer. The warranty only applies to the service(s) that was/were originally rendered.

  • Do you also sell parts?

    We sell all parts and accessories for PS3 (original AND slim), Xbox 360 (original AND slim), Nintendo Wii, Sony PSP and Nintendo DS.

  • Where are you located?

    We have a location in Los Angeles off of Slauson Avenue and Santa Fe Avenue (10 minutes south of the Staple Center).

    Our 2nd location is in Orange County in Garden Grove, off of Beach Blvd and Hoover Street.
